Samuel Schmader is an international development and public health professional with six years of experience in program management, knowledge management, and operational expertise. As the Program Manager for inSupply Health, Mr. Schmader manages ongoing country team operations, leads knowledge management and dissemination efforts, and supports technical assistance activities. Prior to joining inSupply, Mr. Schmader provided backstopping support to the Malawi and Tanzania field offices on the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster, PA) and a Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University (Fairfax, VA). Mr. Schmader is based in Arlington, VA.
