Laura Nabwire, the inSupply Health Country Director for Kenya, is an innovative commercial and supply chain leader and program manager with 17+ years of experience in regional roles driving commercial, supply chain solutions, and project management across private (pharmaceutical and consumer health), public and not-for-profit sectors. In her previous roles, she has successfully led acquisitions, integrations, go-to-market strategies and business model changes by transforming complex projects into implementable topics while ensuring business continuity.

As the Kenya Practice Lead, Laura’s role involves driving continuous operational excellence through people management and continuous process improvement with change management; multi-donor-funded and multiple health programs project and financial management and strategic partnerships and business development by mobilizing and engaging the private and public sectors to plan for scale, sustainability and profitability of projects while enhancing public health program implementation; all this with a gender equity and social inclusion lens.

Keen to pass on her knowledge, Laura is an alumni mentor with the Cherie Blair foundation for women, a board member of the Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS).
