Martin Macharia serves as the Chief of Staff at inSupply Health, where he supports organizational leadership to drive execution, strengthen governance, and ensure alignment across strategic priorities. He also leads New Business and Strategic Partnerships, shaping inSupply’s growth agenda across East Africa and supporting teams in identifying, designing, and securing opportunities that advance resilient and people-centered health supply chains.

Martin brings extensive experience in programme management, strategy, and development across the health, energy, and private sector domains. He has worked with governments, multilateral agencies, and donors to strengthen systems, build institutional capability, and deliver high-impact solutions. His background includes leading business process improvements, supporting strategic planning and organizational culture change, and managing complex multi-country initiatives.

He is passionate about strengthening African institutions and enabling teams to deliver practical, data-driven solutions that improve health outcomes.
