Robert Mwangi is the Chief Finance Officer of Shujaaz Inc., a youth-focused media and social impact organization dedicated to empowering young people across East Africa. Since joining the leadership team in 2019, he has brought strategic financial oversight that supports Shujaaz’s growth, sustainability, and ability to scale innovative programs that improve youth livelihoods.

Robert previously served as the Chief Finance Officer for Deloitte East Africa as well as other positions in the finance function of the firm. In addition, he is experienced in non-profit, non-governmental and impact oriented finance, where he has built a strong foundation in financial stewardship, compliance, and organizational strategy. He is known for his financial acumen, growth mindset, and collaborative leadership.
