Regional Manager and Head of the Supply Chain Transformation Domain

 

Vicent Manyilizu is a seasoned Pharmacist and Public Health Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the health commodities supply chain and pharmaceutical management. He currently serves as the Regional Manager and Head of the Supply Chain Transformation Domain, where he leads the design and implementation of strategies, partnerships, and innovations, including the implementation of supply chain solutions across inSupply’s operational countries. Vicent has successfully implemented supply chain projects funded by USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation, addressing supply chain challenges for HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB, Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), and essential medicines in Africa. His previous roles with John Snow Inc. (JSI) and Management Sciences for Health (MSH) involved optimizing health supply chain and pharmacovigilance systems, promoting rational medicine use, and spearheading capacity-building initiatives. His professional affiliations include membership in the Pharmaceutical Society of Tanzania (PST) and the International Association of Public Health Logisticians (IAPHL).
