Herman is a certified public accountant with expertise in financial management, analysis, cost accounting, project management, and ERP systems implementation. He has over fifteen years of experience working with multilateral organizations, governments, and foundations. In the past Herman worked for international non-profit organizations such as the International Planned Parenthood Federation – Africa Region (IPPF-AR) and TradeMark East Africa (TMEA).
